We offer castings in aluminium, zinc, steel and brass using various techniques including Investment Casting, sand casting and CNC machining as well as all post machining, finishing, X ray, anodising etc.
Investment Casting wax patterns can be produced from silicone tools using accurate SLA models as master patterns. “Quickcast” SLA models, Thermojet wax models, and SLS models can also be burnt out directly to produce fast and precise one off metal components.
Complex castings can be produced to high accuracy and surface finish, allowing greater scope of design and our flexible production can accommodate quantities from one offs to low volume production.
