Stereolithography is the longest established Rapid Prototyping process and is an excellent process for producing fast, accurate prototype models for verification of product designs.
Parts can be fully finished and used as form/fit models, presentation models or as patterns for creating silicone moulds.
With 3 in house SLA machines including the latest SLA Viper high definition system, we can accommodate any project from one offs and tiny parts to large models (500mm x 500mm x 600mm in one piece) and multiple component runs.
We also offer the very latest functional SLA materials which allow for good levels of snap fit functionality, water resistance, optical clarity and similarity to production material properties.
