At LPE we are committed to offering customers the widest range of materials across all our services. For our metal sintering process we are pleased to offer our customers parts built in four options, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium and Hardening Stainless Steel.
With superb build strength and a high level of detail stainless steel, aluminium and titanium are perfect for building both detailed and functional parts. With various levels of finishing available these metals can be used in a purely functional role or polished to a shine to meet stringent aesthetic demands.
Our metal sintering is done at the highest resolution possible, with a layer thickness of .015 available to ensure that the finest details are clear and tightest specifications are met. We are the only bureau in the UK and Ireland to offer metal sintering at such a high resolution, with an experienced team on hand to answer any questions we can advise you as to the best way to go about building whatever you require.
