UK and Irelands longest established Rapid Prototyping bureau LPE have announced the expansion of their stereolithography capabilities following the installation of the iPro8000. Boasting a build capacity of 750 x 650 x 550mm the addition of the iPro8000 to the existing SLA facilities will represents a significant increase in the SLA production capabilities at LPE.
Commenting on this expansion Sales and Marketing Director, Campbell Evans stated;
“We believe the introduction of the iPro8000 will have considerable impact for LPE customers across a wide range of industry sectors. Large or full sized components will no longer require splitting and bonding with the iPro8000 more than doubling our maximum SLA build platform. This growth in build size will not only allow better economies of scale on large SLA production runs, it will also ensure greater part accuracy and increased strength on larger plastic parts.”
Offering a wide range of SLA materials LPE will offer both Ceramax and Xtreme for iPro8000 production runs.
